Concrete Raising and Leveling
Sinking or uneven concrete occurs when the soil beneath it has started to consolidate or erode. Uneven and jutting concrete poses a tripping hazard that could be potentially dangerous. SafeBasements™ of North Dakota, provides concrete raising, leveling, and repair work for any type of concrete surface.
Concrete Repair Process
Because every job is unique, we will go over the specifics of your project before we start. When repairing uneven concrete, the process typically takes a few hours to complete. We begin by cleaning off the damaged area to keep dirt or debris from getting inside during the repair. Next, we drill tiny holes into the top of the surface and inject a special polyurethane foam material through the openings. The polyurethane foam fills up the space beneath the concrete to lift it up, making the surface level once again. The holes we drilled are then filled and patched over. After the repair is done, we will provide you with an estimated time frame the surface will need to dry before you can walk or drive over the concrete.
